The tenth season of the Intel® Extreme Masters kicks off in Shenzhen, China, for the second consecutive year. From July 16th to 20th, the best players in the world in both StarCraft II and Heroes of The Storm will battle it out for a prize pool of US$35,000. Since Season 3, China has played host to some of the most memorable Intel® Extreme Masters events, with over US$310,000 in prize money paid out in the region since 2009. The Shenzhen event marks the sixth time that the IEM has visited China.
The Shenzhen stop of the tenth season of the Intel® Extreme Masters not only marks the start of the circuit, but also the first time we will see Heroes of the Storm played on the IEM stage. Which team can rise to the top and grab their share of the US$10,000 prize pool?
